Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you browse this website or contact ShiftIQ.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
What this notice covers
This notice covers the public ShiftIQ marketing website and enquiries submitted through it. Customer-facing products and business accounts can involve different information and terms. Refer to the notices provided in those services for details.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, business, email address, industry and message. You can also provide a phone number, service interests and details about the help you need. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information in an enquiry.
Why we use it
Your enquiry is used to respond, understand your business needs and discuss relevant services. It may become part of later project correspondence if you choose to work with ShiftIQ. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website operation and service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel and enquiries are stored using Supabase when successfully submitted. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate these services. Technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, may be processed for delivery, security and troubleshooting. A temporary, hashed request identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions.
Service providers may process information outside Australia. Contact us to ask about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law.
Cookies, storage and analytics
The public marketing pages do not currently load advertising pixels or a visitor analytics service. The celestial effects run in your browser and do not send pointer or touch movements to ShiftIQ. Signing into a business or staff interface uses separate authentication features and may set essential session cookies.
If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any consent controls will need to reflect that change.
Retention and security
Enquiries may be retained for follow-up, project administration and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us about retention or request deletion of an enquiry. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
Use the Contact page to ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough context to identify your enquiry; do not send identity documents unless a secure method has been agreed. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing records.
You can also find information about privacy rights and complaints through the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
This page will be updated when website information-handling practices change. The date above identifies this version.
