At a glance

ShiftIQ in plain terms.

What is ShiftIQ?
ShiftIQ is an Australian business-technology company. It designs, builds and connects the software, AI, digital and smart-hardware systems that small and medium businesses run on.
Where does ShiftIQ operate?
In Australia. Its systems are built around how Australian businesses operate.
Who is ShiftIQ for?
Small and medium businesses — from single-location cafés, restaurants, clinics, salons, trades and retailers to multi-location franchises.
What does ShiftIQ provide?
Eight connected service areas: AI and customer automation; websites and digital experience; CRM, sales and marketing; reviews, loyalty and retention; commerce, ordering and payments; smart hardware, NFC and QR; operations, data and back office; and IT, security and productivity.
What are ShiftIQ Smart Products?
Physical touchpoints such as review plates, table tags, digital business cards and signage. Each carries a printed QR code and an NFC chip that open a link managed by ShiftIQ, so the business can change where it points without reprinting it and can see how often it is used.
What do the QR codes and NFC tags do?
A customer scans the QR code with any phone camera, or taps the NFC chip, and the right page opens straight away — a menu, review page, offer, loyalty sign-up or contact card. No app is needed.
What is ShiftIQ Loyalty?
A digital stamp-card loyalty programme. Customers join by scanning a QR code at the counter, staff scan their card to add stamps, rewards unlock automatically, and the business can see who returns and how often.
Does ShiftIQ Loyalty support Apple Wallet?
Yes. Customers can add their loyalty card to Apple Wallet, where it updates as stamps are added, or keep it as a web card that works on any phone. Google Wallet support is built but not yet switched on.
What is ShiftIQ Voice?
ShiftIQ's AI receptionist, built first for Australian GP clinics. It answers calls, handles appointment requests against the practice's own booking system and only confirms a booking once that system does, while reception can monitor calls and take over. It is in pilot preparation and not yet generally available.
Does ShiftIQ build websites and automation?
Yes. ShiftIQ builds business websites, booking and ordering experiences, and workflow automation, and connects them to the tools a business already uses — CRM, booking, POS and email — instead of forcing a full replatform.
How does a business contact ShiftIQ?
Through the enquiry form at https://www.shiftiq.com.au/contact. Describe how the business runs today and what is costing time, leads or revenue, and the ShiftIQ team replies with the capabilities that fit.
Who it's for

Built around Australian SMEs.

From single-location restaurants and clinics to multi-location franchises, ShiftIQ is built for businesses that need technology to fit how they already run, not a system they have to restructure their operations around.

Our principles

What you can rely on, from day one.

Business-first, not product-first
We start with the problem a business has, then select the technology that solves it, not the other way around.
Software and hardware under one roof
Websites, AI, automation and physical NFC/QR technology from a single point of contact instead of five vendors.
Works with what you already use
Solutions are chosen to connect with existing tools where possible, rather than forcing a full replatform.
No one-platform lock-in
The catalogue is modular. Adopt one piece now and add more later, at your own pace.
Australian-focused
Built around how Australian SMEs actually operate, not a generic global template.
Built to scale
Systems are architected so they can extend as a business grows, rather than needing to be rebuilt.
Security considered from the start
Access, data handling and privacy are part of how a system is designed, not an afterthought.

Tell us how your business runs today.

We'll map the gaps and pitch only the capabilities that close them.
